Rudraksha beads are sacred seeds traditionally used in Hinduism and Buddhism, often associated with meditation and spiritual practices. They come from the fruit of the Rudraksha tree (Elaeocarpus ganitrus), primarily found in the Himalayan regions, including Nepal.
Each bead is believed to have unique properties depending on its number of facets, or “mukhis.” These facets can range from one to twenty-one, with the five-mukhi variety being the most common.
