1. Choose an Auspicious Day

Friday is the most auspicious, as it is associated with Goddess Lakshmi/Kamala.

You can also wear it on a Diwali, Purnima (Full Moon), or during Lakshmi Puja for maximum effect.
2. Purify Yourself and the Locket

Take a bath early in the morning.

Place the locket in a clean bowl and wash it gently with:

Water + a few drops of Ganga Jal (or rose water if unavailable).

Optionally, sprinkle a pinch of turmeric and sandalwood powder.

3. Set Up a Small Worship Space
Create a small altar with the following:

Picture or idol of Goddess Kamala or Mahalakshmi.

Diya (ghee lamp), incense, flowers, sweets (like kheer or ladoos).
4. Chant the Kamla Yantra Mantra
While holding the locket in your right hand, chant the following mantra:
Kamla Devi Mantra:

(Om Shreem Hreem Kleem Aim Kamalavasinyai Swaha)

Chant it 108 times using a rudraksha or lotus seed mala.

5. Wear the Locket
