Worshipping a Sphatik Shivling is considered to have the same effect as praising the “Jyotirlinga” as such any idol made of Sphatik does not need “Pran Pratishtha” before worshipping.

White Crystals are known as Sphatik, Sphatik is a semi-precious stone but considered as a mani(precious) stone. It’s a stone that is always cool like ice and one of the ways of identifying a crystal; however, it is a transparent, lustrous, and smooth stone and used for reducing the negativities of surroundings.

According to Shiva Purana – Two forms I have, Shiva is My Physical manifestation, and the lingam of luminosity represents My unmanifest Abstract reality. I can also manifest in propertyless, formless, infinite, and unprecedented forms. I manifested as Lingam to reveal my universality.

Shiva’s manifestation shows My Supreme divinity. Sphatik Lingam is My symbolic form and it gains one access to me. One who installs Sphatik Lingam with true devotion gets unified with my divine reality and achieves final salvation in the process. How to do Pooja of Natural Carved Sphatik Shivling or worship at home 

• Worship Lord Ganesha Before worshipping Lord Shiva
• Pray to Lord Shiva at least once every day at your home with a Natural Sphatik Shivling
• Offer Panchaamrit (Milk, Curd, Ghee, Sugar, and honey one by one).
• wash the Natural Sphatik Shivling with gangajal OR Rosewater
• Apply Vibuti, Sandal Paste, and Saffron, and then offer Dhoop, agarbatti, or Diya. then sprinkle Flowers
•  Chant the  mantra “Om Namah Shivaya.”
